Swater began producing kitchen and bathroom faucets, sinks and accessories back in 2011. We have since grown into a major manufacturer in the industry.
Our plant is fully equipped with machinery to fulfill all customer orders even large batches.
Our production line includes: a casting workshop, CNC processing workshop, polishing workshop, surface treatment workshop, assemble workshop and test center.
All foreman workers in our workshop have more than 10-years of related production experience, allowing us to strictly control the product quality in every production process.
Copper and stainless steel are the main raw materials used in the production of our various faucet products.
Copper faucets have very good corrosion resistance and a smooth surface after surface treatment, while stainless steel faucets are very convenient to clean, durable and have good corrosion resistance.
All of these materials are purchased from large trustworthy plants, so their quality is qualified and reliable.
Various surface treatment processes such as painting, polishing, sand blasting, and so on can be completed in our surface treatment workshop.
We will also adopt polishing treatment for every metal products to remove any burrs on the surface and make the surface of the product smoother and more beautiful.
Swater has built a professional QC team and equipped a series of testing equipment, such as a spectrum analyzer to conduct strict inspection for our products. All of our faucets and other products will go into packaging process only when they have passed quality inspection.
